Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Print your generated shipping label and securely pack your items, preferably in the original compostable packaging to minimize waste.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
